François Provost

François Provost

CEO, Renault Group
Born in 1968, François Provost is a graduate from the École Polytechnique and a Chief Engineer in the Corps des Mines. After beginning his career in senior public administration, he joined the Group in 2002. He has held various executive positions in France and across Europe, including serving as CEO of Renault-Nissan Portugal from 2005 to 2008. In 2010, his career took an international turn: he became Deputy CEO of Renault Russia in charge of operations and then served as Chairman and CEO of Renault Samsung Motors in Korea for five years. He then became Chief Operating Officer for China, followed by Asia-Pacific, and ultimately served as Head of International Development. In 2023, he joined the Group’s Leadership Team as Chief Procurement, Partnerships and Public Affairs Officer.
He also played a key role in establishing major partnerships with global players such as Nissan, Geely, and Aramco.
Since July 31, 2025, François Provost is appointed Chief Executive Officer of Renault S.A. and Chairman of Renault s.a.s. and also Director of Renault S.A. and Renault s.a.s.

Fabrice Cambolive

Born in 1969, Fabrice Cambolive is graduated from TBS Education Business School in Toulouse, France.
He joined Renault Group in 1992 and held various international Sales & Marketing positions for twenty years in Spain, Switzerland, France, Germany & Romania.
His international career continued in 2011 when he was appointed Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Russia and Eurasia region.
In 2015, he is appointed as CEO of Renault do Brasil.
In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chairman of the Africa-Middle-East-India-Pacific region.
In 2021, Fabrice Cambolive was nominated Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations for the Renault brand, in charge of deploying the Renaulution strategic plan globally and leading the brand’s business model transformation.
In May 2022, Fabrice Cambolive was appointed Renault brand COO.
Since 1 February 2023, Fabrice Cambolive is CEO of the Renault brand. As a member of the Renault Group Leadership Team, he reports to François Provost, CEO of Renault Group. Currently, Fabrice Cambolive is also Chief Growth Officer of Renault Group
Paula Fabregat

Paula Fabregat-Andreu

Design Project Director, Ampere

Paula Fabregat-Andreu, Design Project Director at Ampere, holds a Master’s degree in Automotive Design from the CEU San Pablo University in Spain. She began her career in 2000 as an Interior Designer at Renault in France. After gaining experience in the Group’s network of international design centres in Barcelona and Bucharest, she moved on to become a project manager at the Technocentre, first at Dacia and then at Renault. Passionate about the many facets of design in general, Paula has a keen interest in new trends and human interaction, a crucial asset in the field of automotive design.

Product Global Leader, Ampere

Vittorio d’Arienzo began his automotive career in 2001 with the Fiat Group as part of the High Potential Graduate Program. Over the years, he held key roles in manufacturing, testing, product planning, and vehicle development, becoming Model Responsible for premium small vehicles.

In 2011, he joined the Hyundai Kia Group as Product Planning and Strategy Group Manager, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the European portfolio. He initiated the creation of the Genesis premium brand and the EV modular platform strategy. Between 2017 and 2019, he was instrumental in launching the entire renewed Kia lineup across Europe.

In 2020, he became Director of Planning and Strategy at Great Wall Motors Europe, where he launched EU operations from scratch, redefined the portfolio and go-to-market strategy, and shaped the group’s long-term European vision.

In 2023, he joined Renault Group and was appointed Program Global Leader AmpR Small and member of the leadership Team Ampere. Since April 1, 2025, he has been the Global Product Leader, in charge of developing the entire range of Ampere vehicles.
