Renault at the 2026 IAA Transportation Show in Hanover – Trafic Van E-Tech electric highlights
At IAA Transportation in Hanover, held from 15 to 20 September, Renault will mark a new milestone in its light commercial vehicle offensive with the introduction of the New Trafic Van E-Tech, an expanded services offering, and three conversion levels.
Renault opens a new chapter in its LCV offensive with new Trafic Van E-Tech Electric
As part of its futuREady plan, Renault plans to launch five new LCVs between now and 2028.
New Trafic Van E-Tech electric is the first in this new generation of vehicles: more technologically advanced, more efficient and more comfortable.
Renault’s new all-electric van marks a breakthrough on the European market. A customisable and scalable Software-Defined Van, it cuts the total cost of ownership while improving electric efficiency and working conditions, for a level of comfort never before experienced in an LCV.

Jan Ptacek
Jan Ptacek holds an engineering degree from the Technical University of Prague and pursued further business studies in France, attending École des Mines and two other universities in Paris. He has been with Renault Group for over 30 years, holding senior roles in sales and marketing across the Czech Republic, France, Russia, Ukraine and Romania. From 2019 to 2022, he has been CEO Renault Russia. From 2023 to 2025, he served as CEO of Renault Group in Türkiye.
Frédéric Clermont
Frédéric Clermont holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from ISC Paris. He has worked within Renault Group throughout his career, where he has held several positions in marketing, automotive products, new vehicle launches, and after-sales. From 2021 to 2023, Frédéric served as Renault Brand Product Launch Director. From 2023 to 2026, he held the position of Renault Brand Premium Product Director.
Zakaria Zeghari
Zakaria Zeghari holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from ICN Business School. He has spent his entire career within Renault Group, working across marketing, sales and dealer network development. He notably spent around twelve years at Renault Retail Group. From 2018 to 2020, he served as Europe Sales Director for the Renault and Dacia brands. From 2021 to 2024, he held the position of Vice President, Fleet and Sales Efficiency.
